Wood Tree Swings

Our Ultra Premium Brazilian Redwood swing is one of the strongest and most decay resistant woods in the world. Brazilian Redwood is 250% stronger than Red Oak. It is a very dense and heavy wood with a tight grain, and has been known to last 50 to 100 years without decay. Our swing measures 23 1/2 inches long, 11 inches in width, and is 1 inch in thickness. The rope is polypropylene and is treated with UV protection. Rope becomes smoother the more it is handled. We treat our swings before shipment with Teek Oil, which is a non greasy oil that soaks into the wood grain. To keep the beautiful reddish finish it is recommended that a preservative oil is used.
